Privacy notice
This site is small and so is the amount of data it keeps. Here is exactly what happens to anything you send.
Last updated: August 2026
Who is responsible
The data controller is ANDINOGLOBAL LTD, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17243229, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
If you have any question about your data, write to fatmakaradayi20@gmail.com and a real person — Fatma — will answer.
What is collected
Enquiry and contact forms: your name, email address, the language and level you chose, what you are preparing for, and your message.
Newsletter: your email address only.
Account sign-in: your email address and, if you create one, a password stored as a hash — never in readable form.
Account profile: your first name, your last name and, if you upload one, a profile photo.
If you sign in with Google or with Apple, that provider passes us your email address and the name on your account (and, with Google, your profile picture) so the account can be created. We receive nothing else, and no password.
The site does not run advertising trackers and does not build a profile of you across other websites.
Why it is used
To answer your enquiry and arrange lessons, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to keep the site working and secure. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions, journal content and gallery photos live in a managed Postgres database with row-level security, so only signed-in administrators can read enquiries. Transactional email is sent through a processor acting on our instructions.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for up to two years so lesson history makes sense, then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
The lawful basis for each use
Answering your enquiry and arranging or running lessons: performance of a contract with you, or our legitimate interests in replying to someone who has written to us.
The newsletter: your consent, given when you subscribe and withdrawn whenever you unsubscribe.
Keeping the site working, secure and free of abuse: our legitimate interests in protecting the site and the people who use it.
Your account: performance of a contract with you, so that you can sign in and manage your own details.
International transfers
The managed database and the email processor we use may store or process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards — UK adequacy regulations, or the International Data Transfer Agreement / UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses — so your data keeps the same protection it has here. Ask at fatmakaradayi20@gmail.com if you would like details of the safeguards for a particular transfer.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also object to or ask us to restrict a particular use, ask for your data in a portable form, and withdraw consent to the newsletter at any time. Email fatmakaradayi20@gmail.com and it will be done within 30 days.
Complaining
If you are not happy with how your data has been handled, please tell us first — it is usually the quickest fix. You also have the right to complain to the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk, by telephone on 0303 123 1113, or by post to Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
